DANIEL SCHNEIDER

FOR CITY COUNCIL

Born and raised in Whitehorse, I’ve seen our city go through a lot of changes. My journey started in the autobody industry, working as a technician, and now I’m the manager of a local retail store. This background gives me a unique understanding of what it means to work hard and adapt to change. I’m running for City Council because I believe Whitehorse can do more to become sustainable and self-reliant—no more quick fixes or temporary solutions.

I’m here to help drive long-term change and growth for our community, while also ensuring we keep a focus on practical, workable solutions that last.

MY VALUES & PRIORITIES

Long-Term Thinking

I’m not interested in temporary fixes. Every decision I make is about ensuring Whitehorse’s success and sustainability for the future.

Sustainability

I see the potential for Whitehorse to become more self-reliant and sustainable, and I’m dedicated to making that a reality through smart planning and action.

Tough Decision-Making

I’m not afraid to make difficult choices when it’s necessary for the betterment of the community. I’ll always put what’s right for Whitehorse ahead of convenience.

Housing

For me, housing is a top priority. I’m committed to finding solutions that make Whitehorse more affordable and accessible to everyone.
