JENNY HAMILTON

FOR CITY COUNCIL

I have spent my entire life in Whitehorse, I’ve always been deeply connected to this community. My professional journey has taken me from the trades as a Red Seal automotive mechanic to working in the arts as an administrator and technician for over twenty years. On top of that, I’ve spent the last sixteen years performing stand-up comedy, not just locally, but across Canada and internationally. I’ve performed everywhere, from beer fests to soft-seat theaters, and even opened for major acts like Shaun Majumder. Through comedy, I’ve built a platform to connect with people from all walks of life.

Running for City Council, I’m committed to bringing my problem-solving skills and big-picture thinking to tackle the issues that matter most to our community—safety, housing, and infrastructure. I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work.
